RimDepal - Robot-assisted rim depalletizing

Unloading or depalletizing rims from an EWPS pallet is a physically demanding activity for humans.

AROTEC has developed an innovative robotic solution that can depalletize rims from 14"-24" in a multiple grip from all common EWPS pallets - and even in a mix of varieties. The exact position of the rims is precisely determined by a 3D vision sensor. Protective films and fleeces are separated from the plastic intermediate layers in a separating station specially developed for this purpose.
