Tire measurement with the tire measurement software MEASURE@Tire

The tire measuring station helps you to determine exact geometry data of tires automatically. With the tire measurement software MEASURE@Tire, 3D models of tires can be generated.

These models can be used to generate tire patterns including robot path data for robot-assisted tire palletizing or tire depalletizing via our tire palletizing software PALGO@Tire. The practice of tire measurement runs as follows:

• Step 1:
  The operator places a tire in the tire measuring station and starts tire measurement via 3D vision sensor.
• Step 2:
  On the graphical user interface on the PC, it triggers the three-dimensional measurement of the tire using the 3D vision sensor.

Within a few milliseconds, the tire measurement software generates the corresponding three-dimensional tire model. It can be stored in a database. This makes it available at any time, for example, for robot-assisted tire palletizing or for the automatic generation of tire patterns.
