AROTEC - Your specialist for sophisticated
robot systems and applications
AROTEC Automation und Robotik GmbH, based in Augsburg, Germany, is an independent system supplier and development service provider of customized, innovative and intelligent robot systems, some of which are completely new. We design and optimize production and handling processes for all sectors and industries.
In the production environment, these are predominantly robot systems that use 3D vision sensors to localize partially or randomly arranged workpieces or products and separate them from their environment. In the case of disordered workpieces and products, we speak of "reaching into the box" or "bin picking"; in the case of partially ordered workpieces and products, we speak of depalletizing or picking.
In intralogistics, this mostly involves robot systems for palletizing products such as tires, cartons or (plastic) containers. Here, different packing algorithms packing algorithms ensure that stable storage and/or transport units are created with optimized filling levels.
We realize complete solutions or supply key components for robot-based automation.
