Automation solution from AROTEC speeds up final packaging

In many companies, smaller shipping units have to be assembled as mixed pallets with a wide variety of cardboard boxes. AROTEC automated this task with the help of the in-house developed palletizing software PALGO@Mix. This software ensures optimal loading of the pallets - and ensures maximum fill levels.

AROTEC also implemented a plant control computer that coordinates several robot cells. With this system, which has proven itself for years, our customer was able to significantly increase output: In 2-shift operation, up to 5,500 packages per cell are palletized daily.

Proven in practice

PALGO@Mono and PALGO@Mix are used by companies in a wide range of industries and of various sizes: there, they provide an immense increase in productivity. For example, Würth, a specialist for assembly items, uses PALGO@Mix. The company achieves an average load carrier filling level of 80% with this innovative solution. The stacks are so stable that the pallets can be transported with a hand pallet truck. "Würth" processes up to 4,000 packages per cell per day in 2-shift operation.
