The patented robot application automatically generates optimal tire palletizing patterns for any tire. First, a 3D vision sensor measures the tire geometry three-dimensionally. Then the load carrier type, the number of tires and the desired tire palletizing pattern (chain, chimney, roller) must be communicated to the tire palletizing software.
Based on this input information, the tire palletizing software PALGO@TIRE creates the optimal tire palletizing pattern. It guarantees You a high packing density and provides considerably more space volume compared to a stovepipe or roller palletizing pattern. Due to the symmetrical design of the tire palletizing pattern, a double tire gripper can be used with the robotic solutions. This enables a throughput of 600 tires per hour and robot.
